Swim 500 Yards
- 50 Push Ups
- 50 Flutter Kicks
Swim 400 Yards
- 40 Push Ups
- 40 Flutter Kicks
Swim 300 Yards
- 30 Push Ups
- 30 Flutter Kicks
Swim 200 Yards
- 20 Push Ups
- 20 Flutter Kicks
Swim 100 Yards
- 10 Push Ups
- 10 Flutter Kicks

My time for the workout today was 44 minutes 10 seconds. However, instead of doing yards for the swim I did it in meters. I also did a 30 minute run earlier in the day, and later on I did a 10 minute core workout.
This workout definitely let me know I need to work on my swimming more then any thing it took me 53 minutes and 29 seconds.

This is a tough swimming workout, with all the push ups and flutter kicks. It was a victory just to finish it.
