Each Full Mission Profile provides a fictitious scenario where your level of fitness is tested against unyielding pass/fail criteria which carry stiff penalties. Life and death. Capture. Destruction. This training is a real-world test of one’s mental and physical fitness.
Each 4-week FMP Evolution introduces a new scenario with 3-weeks of phased strength and conditioning ramp-up to optimize your performance in the final mission(s).

It starts with “Selection”.
Your first Full Mission Profile, “SELECTION”, is inspired by the phase in every Special Operations training pipeline devoted to discovering those with the mental and physical fortitude to carry the torch. Each week ramps up the workload and intensity to the final test.
Make it through Selection, and you’ll move to operational missions, including unconventional warfare, direct action, reconnaissance, humanitarian, emergency rescue, etc.
