I changed the workout to make it a little harder for me. On the push ups, sit ups, and squats I doubled the number of reps I did. So if the card was a 6, I did 12 or if the card was a King, I did 20. Doing it my way took me 61 minutes and 58 seconds. Later, after this workout I had Thursday DEP PT, so then I ran about another 3 miles, did a max set of push ups, and a max set of sit ups.]]></description>
