					<description><![CDATA[I did 3-3-3-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 of deadlift today. When I started doing crossfit I had a max of 140kg which is 212% of my body weight (I weigh 146). During todays sets I easily attained 140kg and could have gone up...but I started to Round out my back a little to much and just worked with 140kg.   This shows me that I am improving and the work I am putting in is yeilding results. My next step is to keep training and improve in everything I do.]]></description>
