					<description><![CDATA[My abductors and hip flexors are totally shot...absolutely brutal.  Got stuck with 16 seconds over the 1:05:00 time spam, (that&#039;s right 16 damn measily seconds!!!), which led me to have to Escape and Evade for an additional 3 miles with the damn 25 lbs. vest.  Found the helicopter, got rescued by 50grms of long lasting ion exchange whey protein, and 3000 mgms of Fish oils.  Add 600 gms of Ibuprofen and night, night.  Over and out.]]></description>
