					<description><![CDATA[This one sounds close to my heart and somewhat familiar.  I wasn&#039;t SAR, but I did get to do some cool stuff while on ski patrol.  The deadlifts and squats and ruck run are great prep for anything like this.  (I was once told squat jumps would be the way to go - kind of a waste of my time).  But I think later on this week I&#039;ll give this a shot if I have time aside from my usual routine.  Well, my pooch says it&#039;s time for a jog.  Till later!]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[i finished this one in hour i wasnt feeling to hot today, i had to break the pull ups into sets i got to 15 and then kept doing them the run really drained me today, hopefully next week ill be 100% and be ready for the next fmp.]]></description>
