I got the workout done today in 49 minutes and 54 seconds. It was a little slower than I was hoping for. The only problem I had while doing this workout was that other people kept taking the squat bar when I needed to use it. I was happy with my running times, though. I was able to run my first mile in under 6 minutes and my second one in about 6 min 30 sec.]]></description>
