Since I have been a day behind on the workouts I decided to kind of mix today&#039;s and yesterday&#039;s workout together. 
I did a one and a half mile run and then stretching for a warm up.
For the workout I did...
3 rounds of:
10 thrusters at 70lbs; 25 sit ups; 20 push ups; 10 knees to elbows

1 mile run

10 box jumps; 80 bicycle kicks with ab rotation;10 box jumps;30 crunches;10 box jumps; 20 flutter kicks 

500 meter swim
It took me 43 min 40 seconds to complete.]]></description>
