					<description><![CDATA[This is an excellent discipline instilling exercise! I&#039;m going to do this with one of my buddies. I have a couple of things that I&#039;m adding: 1) Starting with day one fast for twenty four hours. 2) Nothing but cold showers for the ten days. 3) Pick one full day (probably on the weekend) and go barefoot, everywhere, the whole 24 hours. And perhaps end with 24 hour fast...we&#039;ll see how I feel at the end!  This is like a 1300 calorie deficit for me. I commend you for designing this I really dig the whole idea behind it.
