Workout of the Day – From the Brass Ring Extreme Training Program

Warmup

3 Rounds

Workout – “Running with Angie”

100 Pull Ups

Run 1 Mile

100 Push Ups

Run 1 Mile

100 Sit Ups

Run 1 Mile

100 Squats

Run 1 Mile

Time the workout only.

The warmup should be done nice and slow.

    Finished the workout in 54 minutes although I cheated on the pullups. I did 30 regular and 70 jumping.

    Nice job Beards –

    That’s not cheating. Next time you’ll do 40 regular… then 50… then 60, all the way up to the full 100.

    Hope your lats and bi’s are OK today.

    Running with Angie as rx’d 1:05:06
    only had four hours sleep and very sore from workout two days ago
    will do again soon and lower time
